Brioche Bread

Brioche comes in all shapes and sizes- dinner rolls, buns, braided loafs, or plain with savory or sweet fillings. It is incredibly delicious on its own, or even with a little spread of butter. It makes for the perfect bread pudding or French Toast! Brioche is a type of French bread made from a dough enriched with butter, eggs, milk and a touch of sugar giving it a  tender, buttery crumb with a dark golden crust.
