“Mai Tai” which means “the best – out of this world” enjoyed a star turn in the Elvis film, Blue Hawaii. Created as a way to showcase the flavors of good quality rum, this Tiki cocktail is composed of rum, orange curaçao, orgeat and fresh lime juice- surprisingly, no other fruit juice!
